Our Services

Specialty Service

Our specialty service is to test for specific compounds in a contaminated environment and match those exact compounds to those within the human body linking the toxins in an environment to the direct causation of disease in the human body i.e. Fungus and Mold.

The world of mold services goes far beyond just mold testing, and remediation. We provide complete packages of mold related services for our clientele. If you would like to further explore and examine any of our resources / services feel free to contact us about your needs or with any questions you may have.

Project Assessment

In a job site assessment we initially look for the cause of the problem. In this phase we determine what actually is causing the mold growth. We then formulate a remedy for the water / humidity issues and provide immediate stop-gap measures to halt further property damage and outline the possible heath risks and liabilities that may be present.

Testing

Pre-Remediation Testing

Each mold project is unique. Some projects require mold testing prior to any remediation being performed. There are various reasons for this. When explained your situation we have the experience to advise you whether or not this is a necessary procedure you might want to explore.

Post-Remediation Testing

After mold remediation is performed it is highly advisable to have post remediation testing done. These tests document that the mold remediation process has been done correctly.

Types of Mold Testing we Perform:

· Swab Sampling

· Bulk Sampling

· Bio-Tape Slide Sampling

· Mold Spore Trap Sampling

· Petri Dish Sampling

· Viable and Cultured Sampling

· Non-Viable Sampling

   ERMI

   Mycotoxin Sampling

   Endotoxin Sampling

   Bacteria Culture

   Fungal Culture

All reports are prepared by our staff via a certified microbiology laboratory with a certified
microbiologist on staff.

Letters of Opinion

We will document all events and forensically reconstruct damages to provide reports that include the following:

How the initial damage or occurrence initiated a direct or ancillary causation resulting in
current conditions

Documentation of all conversations and interactions with all involved parties

Visual inspections with cataloged photographic documentation

All atmospheric conditions reported in the structure and outside of the structure

Conclusive opinion

Expert Witness

If you are in a litigious situation and are in need of expert witnesses, we are prepared to document your case evidence and professionally present it to the court or jury. Whether you are a:

· Tenant, Landlord

· Employee, Employer

· Insurance Company

  Homeowner

· Mold Remediator

Whatever your position we are prepared to provide you with your best evidence to support your case.

Protocols

When it has been established that a mold problem exists many times it is required that a protocol be written and implemented. This includes project set up procedure, remediation procedures and the remediation techniques to be used. It outlines the entire scope of work to be performed on the project from beginning to end. Our protocol is then implemented by your selected remediation contractor. Protocols are many times used as a secondary check list to assure the project is done right the first time.

Consultation

If you have employed an engineering firm, a contractor or a mold remediation specialist you may want a second opinion on the projects scope of work, process and protocol. Many times a second opinion has been able to save thousands of dollars on a single project and more importantly, “time”.

It is a common and acceptable practice in high profile projects that an outside consultant is brought in to work with your selected contractor. As consultants we work two different ways. Our fees may be based on an hourly rate or a fixed single project rate depending on the length of time the project is expected to last.
